We have worked out detailed plans to build exact-fit platforms as a courtesy to our customers. 

Please read this Platform Blog Post before planning your platform build for best practices. A detailed material/cut list that calculates costs is available with the purchase of a dome. 

Shipping times for in-stock items are usually 1-3 weeks from our Vancouver BC or Toronto, ON warehouse. 

Custom orders generally take about 3 months from order to delivery. 

For US customers, please note that we include brokerage and customs duties, there will be no additional fees due to you at delivery. 

Payment options:

  • Credit card  (we must add 3% credit card processing fees, which can be avoided with the other payment options)
  • The fastest for larger amounts is an ACH transfer for USD
  • Wire transfer or AFT for CAD
  • Interact e-transfer in Canada - you can send a series based on your daily limit
