Luxury Meets Intention in Alberta’s Wild Beauty
In Parkland County, Alberta—just minutes from the North Saskatchewan River—you’ll find Ravine’s Edge Geo Glamping, a serene dome retreat created by Brendan and Sharleen Cheung. Built with heart and intention, their 23’ Phoenix Dome is nestled along a forested ravine and designed to help guests pause, reconnect, and truly breathe.
From Land to Legacy
What began as a love for their land transformed into a nature-infused escape where comfort and connection take centre stage. Ravine’s Edge isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a carefully curated guest experience, complete with lavender pillow spray, locally sourced charcuterie, and firepit-ready s’mores kits.
Inside the dome, thoughtful upgrades like a flushable toilet, kitchenette, king-sized bed, and layered insulation create a four-season sanctuary that’s cozy even at –30°C. The dome is heated with an infrared heater, heat pump, and electric fireplace—making it as practical as it is peaceful.

An Experience Guests Remember
Whether it’s a surprise proposal, a moms’ weekend, or a solo reset, Ravine’s Edge offers more than luxury—it offers presence. Guests describe the experience as “peaceful, private, and beautifully curated.” And the Cheung's have intentionally layered every element—from the interior design to the secluded trails and firepit spaces—to nurture that sense of escape.

That’s the phrase they hear most often—and for good reason.

Why Phoenix Domes?
Brendan and Sharleen chose Phoenix for its blend of durability, aesthetics, and thoughtful design—and found the customer support “fantastic” throughout the build.
